Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! We will keep our customers updated on when we will be accepting returns so please bare with us during this time. Your safety as are customer is very important to us.

We are not responsible for any lost or stole items, but we will help with finding out what happened to your items.

Damages and issues 
We do inspected each item before the items leaving our store. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure you get the right item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items on clearance or on sale can not be returned. Personal items like (lingerie, beauty items) can not be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Some items might be out of stock or not available. You can exchange items for the same value or get another item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
